Lambrusco 'Radice' is a wine re-fermented in bottle with indigenous yeasts, capable to intrigue presenting to the nose to the notable fruit flavors and austere and precise in the mouth, thanks to the flavour and the perfect length.  There are actually several distinct varieties of this grape; lambrusco grasparossa is responsible for the bubbly, sometimes-sweet reds you usually see. 

This radiant, salmon pink sparkler will be the life of any party, with almost electric notes of strawberry, watermelon, pink grapefruit, pomegranate, and sour cherry fruit and a hint of wild rose.
